Southside Housing Association (SHA) is a registered social landlord with approximately 2200 homes in the Southside of Glasgow. In additional it factors approx. 800 privately owned properties via subsidiary company Southside Factoring and Related Services Ltd (SFARS).
SHA cares about place and community and wants its homes to be popular and affordable, its customers to be delighted with the service they receive, its staff to be well trained and highly motivated and strong engagement and participation from the community.The Association delivers a comprehensive range of services, all focused on the needs of its customers and communities. These services include tenancy and neighbourhood management; repairs and property management; property development; asset management; housing support services; concierge services; environmental works; income advice and community development and support.
