Food Train
Food Train is a charity helping older people across Scotland. They offer their members practical help to eat well, age well and live well at home for longer.
Their shopping delivery service ensures that older people have access to fresh groceries delivered directly to their door. Food Train will collect their shopping list by phone, shop for them at a supermarket, deliver to their home, and put shopping away if required.
Meal Makers is a local neighbourhood food-sharing project that connects people who love to cook and want to share an extra portion of their home cooked food with a neighbour who would really appreciate a freshly prepared meal and a friendly chat.
