Yesterday (14th Jan), we were happy to welcome our members, local councillors & others to celebrate our move to our new space. You can now find us on Langside Lane (539 Victoria Road – G42 8BH). We’re delighted to be based alongside Bike for Good Glasgow South, and with our newest members Rumpus Room as our neighbours.
We hope this new space will make it easier for people to access local information, & will provide a welcoming place to drop in, find out what’s going on & how to link in with the work of our membership – which includes a wide range of activities & services (see Meet our Members).
We don’t have regular opening hours at the moment, but are usually open Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. Please contact Ruth to find out if someone will be in: email@example.com / 07749902684
We’d like to also thank everyone who came along to yesterday’s network meeting. Great to start the year with such a busy one! These are a brilliant opportunity to meet others involved in the network & share what you’re up to. We love hearing about the collaborations which come out of these meetings.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 11th February, at Maureen Cope Community Hall. These meetings are open & all are welcome to attend. Keep an eye on the dates & venues for our upcoming meetings.
Welcome to Emma, Karen & Angie!
Starting the year with lots of exciting new things – we not only have a new office, but are delighted to welcome three new people on to the SEIN board. A very warm welcome to Emma Aitken, Karen Krawczyk & Angie Mwafulirwa; all of whom are passionate about supporting the rights of all migrants & building a welcoming & inclusive community in the south east of Glasgow. Meet all of our board members.
