The Scottish Radical Herbal Network are hosting a free gathering on the first weekend of November. You may come for the whole weekend or simply pop in when you can.
When? Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd November 2019
Where? Toryglen Community Hall (199 Prospecthill Circus, G42 0LA)
What is it?
The theme of the weekend is ‘Collective Care’. Our goal is to discuss this theme together, offer workshops to provide tools and/or food for thoughts on the matter and experience collective care together. We are hoping to bring together a whole load of groups and individuals that are engaged in radical social change and/or resisting through their very survival.
We will be hosting workshops and stalls about radical health and herbalism, social justice and more.
Saturday: 10:30 – 20:00
We will be hosting various workshops on collective care and plant allies. Also, we will have some quiet spaces with tea tasting, herbal foot baths and bodywork sessions. We are going to organise some children activities as well. Teas and coffees will be provided for as well as a lunch. Evening Samhain celebrations followed by an evening meal.
Sunday 13:00 – 16:00
We will be sharing a delicious lunch together. We would like that day to be about sharing, talking and enjoying each other’s company.
